If you find yourself needing to return or exchange an item, here's the scoop: The return postage costs are on you, my friend. So take heed and ensure our spine-chilling treasures are returned in their original, bone-chilling condition. Any loss in value due to a less-than-monstrous appearance will be your responsibility. Oh, and remember to dispatch the item back to us within 21 days from the day it was delivered to your wicked domain. Time flies when you're immersed in darkness!

To qualify for a return, please note the following:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item should be in its original packaging.
• Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase, or else the spirits of our accounting team may haunt you.

Once we receive your item, our eerie inspectors will perform their dark rituals of examination and promptly notify you of its arrival. We'll keep you in the loop regarding the status of your refund, lurking just around the corner.

If your return is approved, we'll unleash the refund upon your credit card (or original method of payment). Be aware that the credit's arrival will depend on the cryptic policies of your card issuer.

SHIPPING

When it comes to shipping, you're in charge of your own frightful destiny. You'll be responsible for covering the chilling costs of returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event of a refund, the grim cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. So choose your shipping method wisely, for even the shadows demand their toll.
